Up in Smoke was created for the College of Dental Surgeons of BC as a Dental Health Month project.

The CD was aimed at children at the susceptible age of 8 to 13 years, and featured an interactive educational game. It was co-distributed by the College and Ministry of Health as pilot project to 85 schools in the Okanagan-Similkameen region in 1999, and again in the Cariboo in 2000.
